Hi there, all of a sudden my zenbook is not outputing HDMI video through the usb-c port. Windows detects the presence of the secondary display as Generic PnP monitor, but it is listed as "display not active" in advanced display settings.
I have tried to display to various monitors, have cross checked the HDMI cable, have reinstalled windows, have updated to the latest Intel HD 620 drivers, and have tried three other ASUS support graphics drivers for this model, but still no video output.
The display appears in BIOS, in windows safe mode and when the "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" is installed.
