Battery or AC: battery not working, AC is fine
Model: UX482
Frequency of occurrence: constant

Detailed description：UX482 zenbook duo not charging past 82%, not operating on battery. Laptop set to "Full capacity mode" in MyASUS. Tried power button reset. MyASUS battery diagnosis says "There may be an issue with the battery. Battery visually looks ok, not puffed or anything. Any help is appreciated.
