Detailed description：My screenpad display can't turn on, and not recognized as secondary display/monitor. Altough the touchpad work well. This problem occur since windows 10, and now i've updated to windows 11.

I've tried following the FAQ multiple times, but can't finish the Screenpad2Optimizer process, and getting error code 0x00000008.

Any help would be much appreciated, since it is quite a nice feature and I would like to get it back again.

Hello Obam,
If the second screen is not listed in the device manager, and does not work like a normal touchpad either,
then it is very likely hardware issue.
Please kindly send the device to our service center for further examination.
