Screen "shimmer" when using Chrome or Edge

Frequency of occurrence: Often
Reset OS: no
Screenshot or video: none currently will edit if i record it happening

Detailed description:
When using Chrome or Edge, sometimes what happens is everything on the screen sort of "shimmers" Basically text and icons shimmer with vertical lines and move 1-2px left and right.
Nothing can fix it except restarting the machine. I have the latest drivers and windows 11 update.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome or Edge?

Yes, I actually didn't have Chrome before, so it was a clean install. Same issue.

I would recommend that you go into safe mode to see if the problem improves.
