Detailed description:
I've just tried using the supplied usb c to 3.5mm audio dongle for headphones for the first time. It's unusable- distorted sound, pops and clicks, then occasionally it works. Then back to distorted sound (and sometimes it sounds like the music is at a lower pitch). I've toggled between sources - Realtek speakers then back to dongle. Sometimes this cures it, albeit very briefly, and then it's back to more distorted noise. The internal speakers are working fine.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks,
Ian

Bios version UX325EA.316
Windows 11 version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.918)
Audio card driver Realtek Audio 6.0.9319.1
Intel Smart Sound for USB 10.290.6367 (I wasn't sure if this is relevant but I've added it anyway)
Headphones Sony MDR-V6
I've tried a couple of other sets of headphone (cheap wired ones I have) and I experience the same issues.

** Can I confirm with you what program you are using to listen to the music?
