New Zenbook but cycle count is 38

Are you sure, did your laptop box under sealed condition? Because the battery has already finished 38 complete cycles.
Is your laptop came with windows pre-installed?
normally laptop comes without windows os, battery completes only one cycle because user will install windows os.
