Laptop works normally and as expected, but power button blinks weirdly while in sleep mode?

Detailed description：
Hi, I noticed weird blinking of the power button (and the LED on the side too) when in sleep mode. This seems like an error? Happens both when connected to power and on battery.
I It blinks every 2 seconds or so, and its a very rapid blink, short pulse. have tried the hard reset, holding the power button for 30 seconds while disconnected from AC, still the same behavior.

I have the latest BIOS version available, 307.
There are no updates available in WInodws update, but I don't see 4586781 under installed updates.

May you enter BIOS and load default setting again?

If the device enter Hibernate mode, or completely shut down, does the power button blinks?
