HALF OF SCREENPAD TOUCH SCREEN NOT RESPONDING AFTER WINDOWS UPDATE

Reset OS: CANNOT do it as i will lose the softwares and data.

Detailed description:
UPPER HALF OF SCREENPAD TOUCH SCREEN RESPONSE IS NOT WORKING AFTER WINDOWS UPDATE
I do not know exactly after which windows update, but my partial screen of screenpad 2 has stopped responding to touch since June 2021.
The Top half of the entire screenpad does not respond to touch anymore rest all works well with or without touch.
I have tried almost all solutions given on the Asus website still no resolve.
Please help me fix this issue.

May I have a video or screenshot of the issue?
And can you screenshot your Windows update history from June?
Please double check if you have try to run the Screenpad Optimizer

Hi dear;
I already tried the steps given by this Asus link 5 times using steps exactly as described but there is no fixing of this issue.
I also tried running the Screenpad Optimizer separately twice but no avail even after successful finish it gives same issue.
I attach the screenshots and video for your reference.
Please help me fix this issue as using Photoshop with Pen on the Screenpad was so easy but now due to this half screen issue I am feeling helpless.

Have you tried to press Win+P to switch different project mode?
Yours looks like "duplicate". How about switching to "extend"?
Or press Win+D after rebooting the screenpad.
And I did not see the control center/toolbar showing up on the screenpad.
Please refer to below link, hope it works.

You can use F6 turn off and then on the screenpad.

Hi dear;
I am using extend mode.
Even the control center is active in the Screenpad - I have it on the right side and put it on auto-hidden mode so not visible always. As seen in attached full screenshot.
The Screenpad loads normally like always. Only issue as I described before in video too the touch screen is not responding on the upper half of the Screenpad.
