Customer service in Korea is getting worse and worse. I can't buy your product anymore.

Hello, I am a customer who purchased UX8406 153W in Korea last month.

 

I would be a big fan of your product because I have 2 of your laptops already.

And I loved and bought your product at least a couple of times.

 

However, the problem of your customer service seems to be getting serious in Korea.

I bought the brand new duo laptop UX 8506-153W which is almost perfect for me.

I am not sure but there would be a fault on the hinge of the rear side of the laptop. 

 I have used my laptop only for a month and then the bottom screen was shut down and never got back in operation.

Whenever I touched the part of the hinge the sceern was blinking a few times.

But the bottom screen is totally broken just in a month. 

 

Yeah I understand this is the very first product with the dual screen so i could be broken after a month of usage.

However, the customer service in Korea .......

What I can say....

I feel like the quality of customer service in Korea forces people even who love  ASUS brand to stop buying your product anymore. 

I know there's a policy so after a month of purchase they can't do anything but just breaking apart and repair the new laptop. 

The problem is I have to wait over 2 weeks or 3 weeks. This is the problem.

Please, Mr. Supervisor, are you going to wait over 2 weeks without your laptop after paying 3000 bucks on it.

Fortunately, I have spare laptop which is g14. 

Unfortunately, this spare laptop is also your product.

 

And, there is another big problem on the engineers who's working in the customer service department. 

They have no experience and knowledge for fixing the new dual screen laptop.

Do you know what they said?

After a month of purchase we cannot do anything but breaking apart the new product and we will find the cause of the failure. It would take 2 weeks or 3 weeks and it could take more time. 

What are you going to do in this case, Mr. Supervisor?

 

Do you know how notorious your customer service is in Korea?

People love the design and the quality of your product.

But, people don't buy your product because of this worst quality in customer service.

 

I have to wait till the engineer will get in touch with me after 2 weeks or 3 weeks, or a month.

I won't buy your product anymore in my life and I can say to my friend and my coworkers "Never buy any product of Asus in Korea".

 

This is the reality in 2024, guys. 

 

Many thanks to your effort to release the innovative IT products around the world.

However, I can't buy your product anymore because I can't waste my money. 

 

Korea people are spending very much money on IT product. 

You better check the reason that the sale figure is going down in Korea.

The answer is the worst quality of customer service. 

 

Lastly, there's one more thing I would like to say is that the receptionist are too aggressive toward customers. This is a big problem, too.

I don't want to spend any more of my precious money and have a bad experience.
