Can't read SD card Window 10

Description: cannot read SD card, only could randomly on and off, tried new card today, same deal

did you installed proper sd card driver on windows . Some SD card reader cones with lock , so unlock and then try again . Same sd card is reading in mobile phone . Also read the user manual of your laptop model , for supported SD card types and size

Let's try the following and see if some of these methods works for you.
Try SD Card on Another Device.
Check SD Card in Disk Management.
Remove SD Card Write Protection.
Reinstall/Update SD Card Driver.
Enable SD Card Reader. 
Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
