Hi! I bought an Asus Zenbook last month but after about 3 week I couldn't start it again. The laptop was quite hot. I got a new one today and I see the laptop reaches temperatures of about 78°C. The charger is also quite hot, I cannot touch it for more than 3 seconds. Anoyone has the same problem and a solution for it?

@Margje
If you have recently purchased a laptop and have any concerns during use, we recommend contacting the dealer to check if a return or exchange is possible. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

The Asus Zenbook S 16 may experience high temperatures during heavy use or demanding tasks. To mitigate this, ensure proper ventilation and consider using cooling pads.

A temperature of 78°C may be acceptable in specific situations, such as running demanding applications, using editing software, or juggling multiple browser tabs. However, if you experience any higher temperatures while the unit is in idle mode, I will suggset bringing the unit to the ASUS service center to check the issue.
