asus pen 2.0 sa203h stopped working on my screenpad 2.0

Detailed description：hello ,
i have bought this laptop yesterday and the pen worked fine on the sccreen pad .
today the pen is not respodning to that screenpad.
only works on main screen , the screenpad works fine with my hands .
i have tried the optimizer 2.0 and that did not work.
also tried to access tablet pc setting and calibrate pen but every time i touch the pen on my scrren pad , the screen pad doesnt recognize it so i cant even callibrate.
please assist me.

If it is a newly purchased product, I would recommend that you restore the system to confirm whether the problem has improved.

edit, i have tried it and fully removed the files and install windows all over again.
still it does not work!
the problem remains .
the pen works perfect with my main display but not my screen pad 2 screen.

Confirmed by the technical unit, the ScreenPad does not support stylus.
Only ScreenPad PLUS can support stylus.
