Asus Duo UX482EA freezes when screenpad turns off

Giorgos_H

System: Asus Duo, BIOS 309, windows 10
Battery or AC: Both
Model: UX482EA
Frequency of occurrence: Every time
Reset OS: Both recovery & clean windows 10 install
Screenshot or video:
========================
Detailed description:
System freezes a few seconds after screenpad is turned off via special key (5-10secs after screenpad turns black)
System will recover on next reboot(s), except once where it was impossible, so I had to clean install windows.
It looks that freezing is common in these forums, but I didn't find any suggestions, only closed threads!
Any ideas?

Hi Giorgos,
Can you specify more?
Which special key do you mean? F6 or the button above the touchpad?
If you mean F6, then do you mean turning the screenpad completely off or turn to touchpad mode?
Thank you.

Hi Blake,
Sorry, I mean the one above the touchpad and only when turning screenpad completely off.
Thanks for your response

Hi Giorgos,
Then if you use F6 to turn the screenpad off, does the same issue happen?
Are you connecting to any other external device at the same time?
Thank you.

Hi Blake,
There is only one button that switches off the secon screen.
The F6 key disables touchpad.
And no, there is no other device connected.
Are u affiliated with Asus support?
Do you or anyone else have something to suggest?
Thanks
