Detailed description：Hi, my ASUS TP401N (vivobook 14) doesn't start nor charge anymore. I needer to reset the bios and i CANT find the bios battery. Thks for your help.

try to do battery calibration, disconnect all external devices from a laptop, including chargers too
press and hold the power button for 120 seconds ., after release the key.
connect the ac adapter charger to the battery and charge it for 30miutes, then press power button.

Please disconnect all cable from the laptop.
Long press power button for 40 seconds then it will do a CMOS reset.
