Vivobook A515EA bad camera

Raynor
Star I
Hi, I just bought a new Vivobook A515EA laptop, I was shocked for the camera quality, it's really bad. Although I turned all the light in the room as the following picture and it's still a lot of noise.

I also come to Asus and download to update to the lastest driver, it's still not improving

720p, I also have an HP laptop bought 4 years ago also 720p but much better quality.

I meant this Asus camera is surprisingly terrible, usually I'm not so particular about laptop camera, but today I join a conference meeting first time with this laptop and I was shocked for the quality, my video looks weird compared to everyone

Confirmed by the technical department, the camera resolution of this model is indeed 1280×720 (720P quality). Since the current NB is relatively thin and light, the placement of the camera's photosensitive elements may be limited. Usually, in a low light environment, the ISO will increase and cause the noise to increase. If you are more concerned about image quality, we may recommend buying an external lens for use. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
