Splendid and True2Life options missing

Detailed description：Hi. I bought this laptop yesterday from authorized seller. After installing the Windows and all the drivers from the Asus official website i 've noticed that MyAsus does not have the Splendid & True2life feature promised by the specs. I contacted local Asus support, they said to clean Windows install and install the drivers again, but this path has already been passed after purchase. I already tried reinstalling the graphics driver, checked for Windwos updates, BIOS update, reinstall MyAsus, Splendid, SystemControlInterface, disable HDR. However these settings st

ill gone. Any solution?

I've got the solution. To prevent that from happening just delete folder located at
c:\programData\ASUS\ASUS System Control Interface\AsusOptimization\Splendid
and finally driver installing correctly
