After 4 months only screen started showing black and blue screen suddenly. The display works when I access it through remote desktop app on my phone so its definitely a hardware issue

What is the model of the laptop you are currently using?
[Notebook] How to check the model name and BIOS version | Official Support | ASUS GlobalIf you enter to the BIOS, can the laptop display normally?
