Detailed description：I am locked out, and I don;t have the password. Bestbuy, where I purchased this less than 2 years ago said there's nothing they can do and used up geek squad benefits so, what can I do? Am I covered under a 2 year warranty? if not what can I do? Need it for school ASAP? Im in Los Angeles area. Are there any service centers near 93552?
