Indicator light

My battery indicator light is not  turning on when i shutdown my laptop and started charging

Usually its always working

Any solution?

May I ask for the complete model number of the laptop you are using?
How to find Model Name

Are you referring to pressing the shutdown option in the system settings, then connecting the charger while the laptop is powered off, and the charging indicator light does not come on? 
If you turn on the laptop and then connect the charger, does the charging indicator light come on?

Im using asus vivobook go 15 e1504f

Yeah the indicator light is working well when i turned on the laptop while charging

But when i shutdown and charging the laptop, it does not work

Usually the indicator light , always working well, when i shutdown while charging.

Please check the power management settings on your laptop to see if there are any options related to indicator lights during charging or when the laptop is shut down. If the problem persists,  I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.
