Asus Vivobook S551LN bluetooth not working on zorin os

i am using zorin os and wifi works perfectly but bluetooth not working. sometimes it shows:

and sometimes shows: Inactive: dead

i can not on discovery mode using this command:

[bluetooth]# discoverable on
No default controller available
[bluetooth]# list
[bluetooth]#

and list is empty. how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

If there is a problem recognizing your Bluetooth then you can try reinstalling your Bluetooth Device. If still the problem persists then update your driver or run the troubleshooter.
