ASUS VivoBook S15 S533 (100% sRGB) ??

Hi everyone, I want to buy an ASUS VivoBook S15 S533. I like how it looks, feels, and all the other aspects. My only concern is the screen. On your site, you have a page listing all the strength of this laptop including its display: https://www.asus.com/my/Laptops/For-Home/VivoBook/VivoBook-S15-S533-11th-Gen-Intel/
The page says that the laptop has an excellent IPS display with up to 100% sRGB color coverage. And that's great, but early reviews online: (https://www.notebookcheck.net/Asus-VivoBook-S15-S533EQ-in-review-Elegant-all-rounder-with-equipment-... say that display is the weak spot of this laptop with sRGB coverage of only about 50-60% and brightness about 250 nits (which is pretty bad).
Both of these ASUS pages advertise that the S533 comes with a 100% sRGB screen.
This page https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Home/VivoBook/VivoBook-S15-S533/ says 100% sRGB
and this one https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Home/VivoBook/VivoBook-S15-S533-11th-Gen-Intel/ says up to 100% sRGB
and in your own online store, you say that this model - https://store.asus.com/us/item/202010AM150000008 comes with a 100% sRGB, but I'm not sure if that's correct.
Apparently, the S533 models come with two screen variations, according to this page https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Home/VivoBook/VivoBook-S15-S533-11th-Gen-Intel/techspec/
So, I want to know which exact S533 configurations come with a better (100% sRGB, 300 nits) screen. I work with graphics, so this is really important to me.

P.S. I'm not allowed to post links yet, so links are unclickable.

Thanks,
Mike

Hello Blake,
I just received a response from ASUS support (as far as I know my initial query was escalated with your technical department), and what I was told is the following:
"The team has advised that none of the S533 models come with sRGB 100% from factory. It states that you can reach up to 100% sRGB. This may be possible with a panel calibrator tool."
This is just ridiculous and simply incorrect!
Color gamut (sRGB/NTSC coverage) has nothing to do with calibration and has everything to do with the physical properties of the screen. If the screen is not able to reproduce 100% sRGB color gamut, it will not, no matter what you do to calibrate it. By calibration, you can improve color accuracy, yes, but you cannot expand the color gamut.
https://www.reddit.com/r/laptops/comments/g21wte/is_it_possible_to_calibrate_srgb_of_a_screen_to/
Also, to be exact, this page clearly states 100% sRGB (not up to 100%):
https://store.asus.com/us/item/202010AM150000008
So does this page: https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Home/VivoBook/VivoBook-S15-S533/
So, if none of your S533 screens come with 100% sRGB, this is just deceptive marketing and is misleading for potential buyers such as myself.
Plus, according to the Specs page: https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Home/VivoBook/VivoBook-S15-S533-11th-Gen-Intel/techspec/
The 100% sRGB version of the screen is also brighter (300 nits), while the version with the poorer color gamut coverage (45% NTSC) is only 250 nits.
I do realize you sell different configurations through different channels in different regions, and you're asking me to "check the availability"? But the availability of what? I'm looking specifically for an S533 model with a 100% sRGB screen as advertised on your website. How can I check the availability if I don't even know which exact model configurations have this screen (e.g. S533EQ, S533FL, S533EA, etc.), nor which countries they're available in?

Hello Mike,
Each S533 model havs different version of panel, hard disk, ram and so on. The model name is indicating the CPU and GPU, so there is no specific model name to look for.
So you may search or ask local retailer for the availability of the specification you need.
Which country or region are you from? please provide the Case ID of the email you receive from our local team.
I can double check with related team about it.
Thank you.

But how is a local retailer supposed to know which panel is used in the specific model if it's not indicated in the model's name? Take the calibrator and check? That's crazy!
I can't believe this is taking so long to get an answer to such a basic question, considering that you advertise 100% sRGB all over your site. Plus, I'd imagine that the version with a better screen probably costs more too, so there should be a way to figure out which versions got a better screen.
Other manufacturers (e.g. Dell) often allow you to choose which display option you need, and clearly state its resolution, type, and color gamut coverage. But here, you're basically buying a pig in a poke, you don't know what you'll get. I bet most buyers don't dig too deep, they read the info on your site that claims 100% sRGB and buy thinking that they're going to get an excellent quality screen.
As for my region, I'm gonna be in the US soon, but also have access to the EU market. As for the ticket IDs, I actually have two that provided basically the same response I shared earlier. N2102063925 and N2102071740
