Hi I have an ASUS Vivobook 14 (1yr old) but from time to time, if i walk away from my laptop, it goes into sleep mode, and then i'm not able to wake it up, it just has a black screen with a white cursor - the cursor moves but the screen remains black. I have to hard reset it to get it started again. Does anyone know why that is and what i can do to fix it?
