You may want to check if you recently had a firmware update. I was having this exact behavior although I use a different model router. Call support and they know exactly how to resolve this.

Silly me. I got this. Made a bootable USB and put Kubuntu install on it. I ran "Try Kubuntu" and now I can accomplish what I was trying to do.
