尾牙獎品 ROG FLOW Z13 註冊 顯示序號錯誤

2022獲得尾牙獎品 ROG FLOW Z13 ，但序號一直無法註冊(機器背後的貼紙序號 & MY ASUS序號)。近期鍵盤出現問題，想查看保固時間時才被告知序號無法認證，故無法進行修維。想請問大家有人遇過相似的問題嗎? 謝謝
