ASUS zenbook 電池滿的但拔掉電源就關機

目前是購買快四年的電腦，但不知道為什麼不插電就無法開機，插電才開得了，但是螢幕顯示確實是100%的電力，拔掉之後又自動關機打不開，想詢問解決方式或是該送修嗎？
