Yep I think this is an Asus problem to solve. I spoke to support and they gave me a link to a previous thread here: https://www.asus.com/my/support/FAQ/1044946 - I checked this and step 4 was one point I hadn't seen before but I also dont understand ...

Is there no solution provided by Asus on this? Im also facing this issue on the latest patch. Is it a netflix app issue? Looking at the DRM info on the device, I can see the device security level is 1 so im not sure whats making netflix drop to L3
