Unlock bootloader error

Am trying to root my phone but when I use unlock tool it come with error. I need help please and when I put some it show me no service. Please that is my informations my Android version is 10

Unlock bootloader error

Your device was already unlocked and then relocked when it was sold to you. You can't use the app anymore because Asus server would of blacklisted your phone when the app was first used.
Go to XDA forum for advise. There are ways to do it 🙂
