Rog phone 2 bottom part of screen (about 5mm from bottom edge) is not functioning

Frequency of Occurrence: all the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
As per title, bottom part my phone screen is not functioning. It is about 5mm fron bottom edge. I found out that navigation bar become insensitive recently. Several times of pressing needed before the command executed.
A screen touch test have been done and the vertical line test failed as shown in the pictures.



I have tried with multi touch app, same result is found.

May i get any recommendation from support team? Thanks

If this is failing during the test, then the advice is take it to service centre.
