Rog 2 freezes and reboot while gaming

Hi, I have Rog 2 which freezes and shut down every time I am playing game or sometimes using other apps too. I guess the problems started after the last update. Earlier it used to get restarted by itself, nowadays It just crashes and I have to manually restart the phone.
It's too frustrating that I can't play games on a gaming phone.

I also have the same issue and did a factory reset my phone, but still, the issue is there! hope someone can help us with this

I Had the Same Problem. Shutdowns and Restarts getting more and more randomly until the phone finally shutted down without possibilty to Start again. Sent it to overhaul after contacting support, gota new Mainboard , was guarantee. Now IT works fine again. (Germany)

did the restart happen while gaming or random at any time?
in my case only while playing pubgm
