Problem with the Lt button of the gamepad kunai 3

I have 2 days playing with the kunai rog 2 gamepad but a problem arose with the LT button on the left that is always pressed according to the command.
I would like to know if it has happened to someone else and how is it possible to solve it? the accessory is relatively new since it came to me with the rog phone 5

You've posted in the ROG Phone II forum section.
Title mentions Kunai 3 gamepad.
Post says it's a Kunai 2 gamepad.
You then claim it was bundled with an ROG Phone 5.

I bought it as kunai 3 gampad and it is what it says on the box but it appears as kunai 2 and now the right side does want to work
