========================================
I am currently on T-Mobile network and have the One Plus plan and I've noticed the service is extremely slow for that plan. So I have decided to take a speed text and I was getting 12-15mbps download and about the same upload. I activated X-Modr feature and it jumps up to nearly 50mbps for download. I did this multiple time to confirm this was accurate and it was. How can I get the speed I was getting on X-Mode without being on X-Mode. I'm unsure if anyone else has the same issue ever ever noticed.

For whatever reason my phone never displayed my signal strength until now because you just showed me how lol. Not entirely sure where you need a screenshot bit here's another in the software information with signal information.

If you haven't done so already, can you turn off WIFI while you're doing the speed test?
If that doesn't work, with WIFI turned off, turn off background sync by going to:
Settings - Accounts - Uncheck Automatically sync data
Then check to see if the above works better.

What's crazy is I did a speed test after I put that 4g icon on doing what you told me took wifi off and ran a speed test, this was my result. It average about 75mbps but I feel like during the afternoon for me TMobile throttles down.

I don't think it has anything to do with the icon, but the WIFI signal was interfering with the Mobile Data signal.
WIFI has two bands, I would try the other band. 2.5 or 5 I think.

Ah right - it will be on the modem/router itself where you would change it anyway if you do decide to do it. However, that's assuming the modem/router is able to do that too.
Good luck 🙂
