Once more battery issue

My Rog phone 2 used to take 2 hours to charge 100% and the the battery backup was quite good. But now my Rog phone 2 takes less than a hour to charge 100 % and the battery has started draining so fast. What is the reason behind this issue? Btw it's been only a month that I bought this phone.

You shouldn't be able to fully charge in 1h. Even with the hypercharger, you only reach about 4000mAh after 1h.
Maybe you need to visit an ASUS Service Center

Hi @Anders_ASUS i have the same issue

I've charged for an hour and it charged to 82% instead of 67% ( phone is off when charging )

67% = 4000mAh
82% = 4920mAh
I've lost
15% = 920mAh ( almost )

That's why my accubattery is putting up the estimates at 5100 instead.

Which charger and port are you using when charging? It does sound like 82% in one hour is a bit fast even if you're using the 30W charger and side port. I'm of course assuming that you phones battery was fully depleted during this test?

Yes I actually did like multiple test.

And used PCmark battery test. And it also shows 6 hours of usage
