Mai GiaI would try toggling Balance and Battery Saving Mode to see if that makes any difference. Probably wont as it was still occurring in Safe Mode.Update:
My phone still have the icon after booting on Safe Mode multiple times

Also what is the firmware version? Settings - System - About Phone - Software Information - Build Number
Did you face this issue when you first got the phone?

If service center doesnt accept your phone because it is tencent version, i would try and go to the seller.
Tencent vesion of the phone is buggy and it is only fixed by developers in China.

I think the phone wanted you to replace the battery. It might be damaged in some kind of way it needs to be replaced?
