Rooted or not: no
Frequency of Occurrence:

I bought my phone in June 2020, I didn’t know about the differences between tencet and global versions but as it turned out my version had all the functions of the global version.
I had a 20 band, 3.0 memory and so on (cooler, 30 watt charger)
let's get to the point
the phone had a charge of 50% and was not connected to a charger
I played 5 minutes in the pubg(phone was cold), the screen froze and a squeak began to go from the upper speaker
then I turned off the phone and since then it hasn't turned on again
$ 900 spent .... of course there is no guarantee, and the service center in Moscow sent me to the ass

Are you able to turn it on while the charger is on?

No, full off, i try with charger, with my laptop

Try it with it plugged in to a wall socket. Laptop wont be quick enough to charge. Also, use the original charger.
After the phone is plugged in, hold the power button for a few seconds to see if it turns on.
