CANNOT UPDATE TO LATEST FIRMWARE

Im using ROG Phone 2 Strix Edition Android 9.
Build Number: PKQ1.190414.001.WW_Phone-16.0631.1910.64
Tried to update manually by downloading the laterst firmware on asus website. Moved the file on internal storage restart my phone but i didnt receive system update notification. Help..
