Cannot downgrade from A11 to A10.

I'm currently using A11 version WW-18.0210.2201.215-1.1.236 on my ZS660KL.
When I try to downgrade to A10, it says "System update failed" and I am having trouble downgrading.
The file I am using to downgrade is UL-ASUS_I001_1-ASUS-18.0210.2212.999-1.1.234-user.zip
If there is another way to downgrade, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know.

  1. Ensure that the firmware version you're trying to downgrade to is compatible with your device model (ZS660KL). Also, verify that the bootloader version supports downgrading. Sometimes, newer bootloader versions prevent downgrading to older firmware versions for security reasons.
