Camera & Gallery apps disabled

Model Name: ROG2
Firmware Version: Kernel 4.14.117 - perf
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: once
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Camera 6.3.14.0_200707 ; Gallery 2.8.3.63_200511
After updating to Android 10 these app are unable to use and other apps like Instagram can't load images from gallery.
And cameras fail in self test which the screen able to preview but failed to shoot and save.
The cameras hardware work in WhatsApp & Line camera.

Try opening app info for both camera and gallery app. There you can clear their storage under Storage & Cache. Hopefully, this will fix your issue. If not, then I'm afraid you need to factory reset your device. Don't forget to backup first
