Empty gab above titles

Hi there, 

I've noticed empty gaps above titles in many apps.

It is about 3cm, but it's very annoying and in some cases, it's not scrollable.

 

 

 is  it related to some settings or any idea when this issue will be fixed?

Hello @mahe 

In the case of the settings window it's because it gives space to the search field when you scroll down.
But I will send this suggestion to the devs
