Themed icons Bug/inconsistency

The themed icons feature seems to be broken or outdated. As many apps, some which actually support themed icons, do not change icons when the feature is turned on. Apps like PayPal, Amazon and Google translate are well known to support this feature yet they don't appear as such when themed icons are turned on.

I'm on the latest version WW_34.1420.1420.327

As I have suggested before. There is a feature flag on android that allows the system to force apps to adhere to a monochrome scheme to have a more cohesive layout with apps that don't support themed icons. Please include this in the launcher for the next update.
