There's no exist "official" group in telegram, it's only created by fans, even xda, official it's only here
Is it reliable to download the updates from there?
Yep, I download that files from that groups with Rog 5S/6 and now 8 and all works pretty well
I can officially say that we do NOT have an official Telegram group.
