ASUS Rog phone 8 pro turns off after hearing a voice message whatsapp

I've seen similar problems with this phone, it turns off/shuts down randomly. In this case  it happens MANY TIMES, not always, after listening to a whatsapp audio message. Is the a solution for this yet??
