Rog phone 7 Asus launcher crash

I found post with the same issues and recommend to restore to factory settings but as soon as I reset my phone the Asus launcher crash still show up, any suggestions to fix it, have the firmware ww_33.0820.0810.121

The latest update for the ROG Phone 7 is WW_33.0820.0810.241, I would recommend to update to the latest firmware.

I go to the updates section and doesn't allow me to update ( my cellphone is in Spanish but shows that is the latest update available) is there another way to update?

Pero el último que me sale es más abajo que el que tienes en la imagen.

Cómo lo actualizas?
