it's not popping out. i already restart the phone but it says "loading please wait".

solved mine. go to game genie. force stop. clear cache then restart.

Hello, for this issue please clear the cache and storage of your Game Genie, you can do that by going to Settings > Advanced settings > Game Genie.
System will ask you for permissions again, but then everything should be fine.
