Sorry for causing inconvenience. This is a UI display error (caused by installing the APK to solve WhatsApp issue) which does not affect normal use. We will fix this "UI display error" on next FOTA (not .71 version released today, Apr. 4). Please follow instructions below to solve both WhatsApp and this UI issue:
WhatsApp issue solved by either:
- Short-term solution via installing a APK (demonstrated on other threads), or
- Formal solution via updating software version 34.1010.0820.71 released today on Apr. 4 ([Settings] > [System] > [System update] > [Check Update])
This UI display error (does NOT affect normal use) solved by either:
- Wait for next FOTA (not .71 version), or
- Uninstall updates of "Settings": [Settings] > [Apps & notifications] > [See all xx apps] > [Settings] > upper-right three-dot icon > [Uninstall updates]. If you choose this option, please make sure you have already updated to .71 version to make sure WhatsApp issue is resolved.
