I can't hear the hang up tone

Could you please help, it's so annoying when you cannot hear the hang up tone on any of the platforms, even on a normal call when Bluetooth device connected or not both ways it not there at all, can someone help from Asus please?

Which firmware version are you on? You can find this by going into Settings > System > About phone > Build number

The dev team wonders if your phone is on silent or vibrate.
Does this happen even if the phone is in ring mode?
