Rog6 can't play ff Ever Crisis.

Hi

I have a rog6 phone. I recently updated the firmware to 14. Now I can't play final fantasy ever crisis. It's always saying network error. Unable to connect. Retry. I keep retrying but no luck. I contacted square enix and did all of their suggestions but all failed. It was working before but I think it is related to the latest phone update.

Is anyone else having this problem and is there a solution please?

I remember FFEC having compatibility issues with A14, this issue apparently happens in other brands too

Just to update whoever, the game has now decided to work. But the problem is I lost my progress and have to start again. But at least it is working now for some strange reason.

Glad to see it works! Less glad to see your progress is gone though.
Can you reach out to them to see if your progress can be saved? Some game companies can do that.
