My rog 6 is CN, can I update the OS manually? I already downloaded the WW-33.0610.2810.177. Is it compatible with CN?

CN is meant for china. WW firmware will check on the phone Serial Number .since your phone serial number is not in their list of WW phones, no FOTA.
