Missing my family because my camera isn't working anymore for video calls

well am getting nervous, I work in another country away from my family 

And now my Rog6 just bootloops everytime, like the phone itself is working on hopes and prayers. 

i cannot many video calls??????? i worked HARD TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT???????

AND YOU CAN'T FIX THE CAMERA ISSUE?????????????? I HAVE NO WORDS

OKEY WELL ASUS TELL ME YOURSELF  HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO VIDEO CALL MY FAMILY?????? ???????

it's been 5months i haven't made any video calls

the majority of the time the phone would just bootloops 

today is my mother's birthday which of course i wished that I COULD SEE HER ((((VIA VIDEO CALL)))) BUT THANKS TO YOUR NEW UPDATE THE PHONE IS NOW UNUSABLE

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue.

According to what you explain then you need to reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center for them to look into this as this sound like a hardware failure.

so @Mattias_ASUS  according to you, every rog phone has hardware issue????

so rog3 dead issue, rog5 dead issues and wifi issue now the rog6??? bootloop issue???

And now you are telling me to go at the asus service center?

GOING TO ASUS SERVICE CENTER WON'T FIX THE PROBLEM THE PROBLEM STILL COMES BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TRY TO UNDERSTAND THAT BEFORE REPLYING TO SOMEONE 

And also @Mattias_ASUS  a simple quick question... as am away from my family, and something bad happens to me where i really need my phone? and the rog6 bootloops with me ??? HOW WILL I CALL FOR EMERGENCY CONTACTS???  JUST ANSWER MEE!!!????

My phone worked perfectly almost 2 year's and what i get a update from asus and my camera i broken !!! Why is so hard they to make a phone whitout a camera problem .... Every model have same camera problem now my phone is out of warranty and what i do nothing so dont wait anything from asus for the phones... 

A lot of people have problem like your and mine but they dont do nothing
