Haptic feedback not enabling on pubg mobile. Please help! I'm using Asus Rogphone 6

I can't enable haptic feed back on my pubg mobile. Please it say hardware doesn't support.

I've tried setting battery settings to "do not optimizer" still not functioning.

Please help
