I'm glad that I'm not the only one facing the same issue of game genie not working. Idk why but nothing is working on I even tried to clear the data disable enable it again but nothing works. 

So I'm just waiting for the dev to do something. Hope so they solved the issue soon.

I cleared cache and cleared all data. after a restart it worked fine. i noticed this issue came up after the latest google play system update.
